Our St John Goodbye Party
Goodbye friends, goodbye ocean, goodbye sand, goodbye jungle, goodbye St John… our last hurrah.
Goodbye friends, goodbye ocean, goodbye sand, goodbye jungle, goodbye St John… our last hurrah.
A lovely April adventure in St John with my best buds Harry and Liz! Did you know the Myrah Keating health clinic serves lunch? And for CHEAP!? Well they do. So we did. And it was fabulous. (make sure you go between 12 and 1:30!) Anyway the rest of the day played out the usual […]
10 o’clock Easter night, Lars decides that the state of his hair ‘calls for a picture.’ So, before we brush our teeth, round the bathroom mirror we stand. I’m sure Lars will think of something wacky to do with these, but I just thought I’d post em for the fun of it.
I took a photo of Laurence at work the other day and I wanted to photoshop what I actually saw. And now after photoshopping for the past 4 hours, this is how I feel too! Enjoy!
After our annual Cactus Christmas party, the gang headed over to Larry’s to bring Eddie in on the fun. Once again, good times were had by all.
This year, the group from Cactus on the Blue had a lovely Christmas celebration at La Plancha (@Mongoose Junction, St John). We had lots of apps and sangria and took a few pictures to remember the occasion. Fun times were had by all!
Christmas Eve, the gang headed over to Quiet Mon with a couple bottles of Champagne and a little holiday spirit. Here are the pictures from that night.

One day, while walking in Cruz Bay, we ran into our friends Mike Hammond and Devin O’Connell. Jeff walked by and saw that Laurence was holding his camera, and then graciously asked if we would all like our picture taken. Yes we would! And the rest is accidental photography.
December 7th, 2010. Having a car makes running errand exponentially easier. It’s amazing how much more you can accomplish in a day. While Emily was dropping off her fecal sample for her health “cerfiticate” (yes, all the health cards have the word certificate spelled that way), I wandered for a minute taking photos. Afterwards we […]
Cactus on the Blue, Cruz Bay, St John, USVI. Austin’s 20th birthday, he is no longer a teen. Joe shows us his creations. Kevin takes a nap. Harry provides the lighting. Austin uses the phone.
I took waaaay too many pictures this halloween. Cruz bay was literally crawling with St Johnians, dressed to the nines in their scariest digs. I had a hard time narrowing down the pics for this post, so I decided to just start with my ultimate favorites (which happened to be the ones that I worked […]
