My first experience catering with Katilady Catering was a fun experience. When I went in for my first interview I was relieved to find that the Chef of the company was a friend of mine from Sunday Funday volleyball @ Cinnamon Bay- It’s always nice to have a friendly face in an unfamiliar place. We worked a wedding reception (at one of the island’s rental villas), and despite what little experience I have, it went rather well. Toward the end of the night the power shut down on the island, locking the catering crew in the gated community. It was all good though, I managed to capture a couple almost interesting photos of the remaining wedding party dancing to candlelight.
