Alexa and I had a lovely outing at the Wilmington Arboretum on an unusually warm January day. First we took turns sketching no-look contour drawings of our favorite scene, (hers on the left, mine on the right), then we painted them with watercolors. Afterward, we explored the little fairy hut, and she looked like a fairy herself sitting in the corner, so I gave her wings!
